I pretty much agree with that list except for a few things:
The absence of MAOIs.
ADs are disputable. Zoloft and Prozac are miracle meds for many more than Effexor in my anecdotal eyes.
The absense of a procedure...a referal to an Integrative MD...to look for things routine MDs are not trained in. Primarily things like heavy metals, stool samples, specific urine samples, hormonal status, infectious virus, bacteria, and fungi, food sensitivities. No need for a bunch of specialists with narrow vision. Integrative MDs are pros on all this stuff. Then the patient can work in cooperative with both the Integrative MD and their regular MD for a very thorough comprehensive approach to their entire physiology, not just the poor impacted brain from it all.
I like that stimulants were number one on the list. I totally agree with that.
