Hi katamnesis,
I apologize that I won't be able to answer your question. I have only been on 40mgs of Parnate for a couple of weeks, and coincidentally, just *today* my pdoc added 5mgs of Adderall. So I will probably have some info for you in a few days/weeks.
I really just wanted to ask you why did you go down on Parnate from 120mg to 30mg, even though you experienced full remission on the higher dose?
I have all my hopes set on Parnate, so I'm very curious about what happened to you.
Anyway, we're on the same boat, it seems, so if I find anything about this subject, I will definitely come and share with you.
Hopefully, one of the more experienced posters here will be able to help you with that info.
I wish you the best of luck!

> If any of you recall, I had a phenomenal response to high-dose (120 mg/day) Parnate - two trials and both resulted in complete remissions of major depressive disorder.> I'm currently taking 30 mg Parnate (brand-name GSK) [and yes, much lower than my previous trials!]
