I take .25mg every night, along with other things that relax me (atacand for bp, Lyrica 150mg/day, Klonopin 1-1,5 mg/day and Celexa 30mg--which is activating) and I sleep very well. If it's a bad night calming down, I take 50mg. I don't have hangovers anymore, but it's more likely when I take 50mg.
