I don't know.

Lyrica (pregabalin) is eliminated through the kidneys unchanged, much like Neurontin (gabapentin). Therefore, it would not affect the enzymatic metabolism of TCA. TCA levels should be remain unaffected.

Whether or not Lyrica can enhance the antidepressant effect of TCA is hard to predict. Like so many combination treatments, it is really a trial-and-error process to evaluate a treatment's effectiveness.
