I drink one Coffee Chill Drink (ice coffee with loads of whipped cream) and that gets me through the day without bad effects of fatigue.

and adrenal fatigue.
I still am the same way, just now I'm always fatigued. Before the best way for me to increase my energy was NOT to eat, because eating made me tired. Eventually this just leads to adrenal fatigue and other suboptimal hormonal responses.
If you don't have any other symptoms of hypothyroidism, you may not have. But if you have depression and similar issues and a sluggish digestion, i'd bet you have.
Try and go to www.stopthethyroidmadness.com and educate yourself a bit and see if you can recognize any symptoms and general things regarding to yourself.
