One of my doctors at the NIMH, NIH thought that there was an imbalance between calcium and magnesium in depression.

Yes. P-5-P does it. My reaction to this substance is much worse than that I have to calcium.

Bipolar depression.

Not so much anymore. CBT helped a great deal with that. I used to be frozen scared in social situations prior.

> I wish there way to know. I only found out that I have one gene (you need 2) that cannot get rid of copper. Only because my uncle had Wilson's disease. My blood level was fine, but my urine was not. So now I take extra Zinc and avoid multi-vitamins because they have copper.

Gosh. I hope your treatment for that remains effective.
