One of my doctors at the NIMH, NIH thought that there was an imbalance between calcium and magnesium in depression.

Yes. P-5-P does it. My reaction to this substance is much worse than that I have to calcium.

Bipolar depression.

Not so much anymore. CBT helped a great deal with that. I used to be frozen scared in social situations prior.

Gosh. I hope your treatment for that remains effective.
