No appetite on Geodon. Should I take mutlivitamin?

Since being on Geodon (40mg BID) I've lost my appetite almost completely - but I'm not complaining because I'm overweight as it is. But I'm not eating well or little at all. So I'm wondering if I should be taking a multivitamin?

Any ideas?
