Alot of emotions, but the worst is when you feel nothing, plus depression to a new level that...you just can't say anything about. Either it's something in life, that trigger's it.
Re-doing the belief system in your mind can change the way you see things. Stuff outside...that you cannot control, that's reality. Things i think of indivuduelness, learning over time how you can re-control you life, rather if it's outside or inside. I feel bad when i don't post stuff, or not have the energy to thive, or the focus (i believe [now this is just a view] it's nuerotranmitters, belief [in thinking - how Y [variable] thinks thinks]) It's logic, but logic alone can be depressing, because it's how 2+2=4 works. 2=5 is sometimes how emotions are, not on the correct level, yet emotional intelligence place a great role now in life. Good there was a book, written on it.
Anyways, i think a known fact is how medication affect's a person, in it's aspect on that individuel to operate. And how does that indivuel operate on/off medication. Need to be a test, to see really what the causes from depression treated/untreated/focustreated/untreated/anxietytreated/untreated. It's all good, to see untreated/treated and side effect's from being treated.
