Lithium Orotate Questions

Anyone taking lithium orotate getting their lithium levels and kidney enzymes checked?

Anyone out there that has a better reaction to lithium orotate than lithium carbonate?

If I am taking say 300mgs of lithium carbonate, how much lithium orotate would I have to take to get the equivalent amount of elemental lithium?

How much elemental lithium is in 100 mgs of lithium carbonate?
