A friend of mine did reasonably well on a combination of Nardil and doxepin (Sinequan). Doxepin tends to be sedating, presumably because it is such a powerful antihistamine. The stuff works, though. Doxepin is one of the few tricyclics I haven't tried, so I cannot attest to the degree to which the sedation dissipates.
