Thanks everyone!
Well, I am down to 1/4 of a 2 mg tablet of lunesta now (so 1/2 mg) and still able to sleep....think I will switch my pristiq to the nighttime to see if it helps! Also going to up the vyvanse from 30 to 50 mg......
I will keep you all posted!
