Switch from Nardil to Ensam. How quick?

I been taking Nardil (MAOI) 15mg for a while now and these past two days I have taken none.

I need a change as it is simply not doing enough (higher dose was worse). It helps somewhat but I don't want to settle for this.

How soon can I switch to Ensam 5mg? I was thinking of starting at 2mg at first and then the 5mg as suggested by my doctor.

Also is Ensam suppossed to work very quickly? I believe I have read that before.
