Ritalin sometimes blends well with an ad. Also if your p-doc is a maverick low dose oxycontin (40mg) might give it a good boost.
I'm currently on ritalin (40 mg), neurontin (2400mg) percocet (10 mg 4 times a day.) The acetimoniphen is low at 325 mg a pill but will probably be switched to oxycontin which is pure oxycodone. Have not upped my dose on anything. The euphoria effect of the percocet is gone but the ad effect is still good. Rule is don't chase the euphoria or your dose will escalate.
