Also I think Milk Thistle is one of the top liver protecting agents...
Bodybuilders sometimes take so many supplements etc. that the liver is going through havok. Most take Milk Thistle to keep the liver healthy when dealing with agents hard to breakdown.. Ive come across this year after year..
