what would you add to someone who.....

is really reactive, easily irritated, really anxious, scattered if she took:

effexor xr 225 mgs
klonopin .5 BID
lamictal 100mgs
seroquel 50mgs

any opinions are welcome :-), I'm just wondering, not doing
