I take 45mgs of Remeron at night. The higher dose is supposed to have an AD effect which I never noticed but I'm sticking with it becasue it is supposed to be a good combination with Pristiq. But it knocks me out for a good 9 hours. It's the only thing that has ever helped me sleep especially with SSRIs and Provigil.
