Constipation / hunger / weight?

I take:
100 Serquel
2mg Abilify
1mg Klonopin (.5 as needed)
I have noticed constipation from the Seroquel/Abilify. What can I do? I've started doubling up my doses of probiotics hoping that would move things along.
Also - I notice that when I start eating, I just can't stop.
I don't want to get any fatter.
Any ideas? I don't want to go off my meds - I need my meds.
