Hi Sam,
I'd like to offer a different opinion on the Tolle Book. I didn't find it helpful because, I felt, threaded through the book was a new age idea that, since we create our own consciousness, if one was in pain, there was a sense that one could blame the patient. Plus, I didn't jibe with the pain-body theory. Maybe because my pain-body, in his system, would be enormous!
As they used to say "different strokes for different folks."
