Paroxetine doesn't particularly change the QTc interval and they're both 2D6 inhibitors so the metabolism isn't affected if I am following the quoted papers correctly as sertindole isn't available here (because of QTc problems).

I can surmise but can't say that sertindole has greater problem with QTc than Geodon ever did. But probably less than Mellaril actually does.

Abilify has a low QTc prolongation profile.

However Abilify is a substrate at 2D6 and 3A4 meaning it will accumulate more in the system as a result of paroxetine and sertindole.

For some people, maybe one needs to do that but the mixing of antipsychotics together is simply unpredictable (as mentioned in an earlier post).

If the Abilify is working for you now, do you really want to upset the mixture with sertindole ?

The paroxetine, if you're already taking it is increasing the Abilify level anyhow and who knows what the sertindole will do ?
