Interesting, it's been about 2.5 months now and I'm experiencing exactly what you have described. The irritability/instability is starting to worry me a bit. I saw my doc today but didn't get a chance to talk things through properly with her. I'm lowering my does to 6mg a day 4mg AM 2mg PM. I've have had insomnia on and off for years but this is ridiculous and it's getting worse as I go on. In the last 3 weeks I've been lucky to get more than 5 hours a night.

I does work extremely quickly, the 1st week I was feeling amazing, no AD has ever done that for me. It's gone now and so have most of the side effects except for some cracking headaches and lack of sleep. At least my 1's and 2's are back to normal. Nothing worse than not being able to urinate. Thanks for your reply. C

Other significant issues were intermittent sleepiness, constipation, and irritability/instability. I've given it several further re-trials throughout the years but they have all resulted the same.
