Hi Candace, I wish I had some experience w/Dexedrine to help. It sounds like it could be any part of the mix you're on, or maybe just heartburn? Does it feel different from heartburn? For awhile I had heartburn that had a strange abdomen pain with it. At first I didn't connect the two, but when the heartburn resolved, the stomach pain did too. I hope you can get answers soon!!! ~Amelia
