Anyone experienced mixed episodes?

I have awful mixed episodes. I'm having one right now. The anxiety is nearly unbearable. This one is like a mixed episode on marijuana. I am so burned out. After my first major mixed episode, where I couldn't slow down and couldn't sleep for more than 3 hours, I was put on Depakote and Zyprexa.

Anyone have experience with other treatments for mixed episodes?
