It is actually quite weak on norepinephrine and dopamine, the things most people say it does. I believe its mechanics have something else going on the nitric oxide channels. I mean, it induces seizures at high doses, which tells you right there that something else is going on besides reuptake inhibition, which is actually very weak.
Enough armchair quarterbacking though. You know how it is. We can think it and outthink all we want, but only a trial will tell.
From that armchair quarterback stance, I would be more likely to say forget Wellbutrin, go for either Nortriptyline+Zoloft or better yet, better by a long shot...Zoloft+Savella.
