Ha, ya I messed up there.. Im missing a Heck of alot of sleep in all phases.. 12mg seroquel gets me a good sleep but then I have a complete lack of motivation the next day and am soo tired. I keep some on hand but try to never take it cuz Id rather feel ok after no sleep then horrible after a good sleep.
