Seroquel + methylphenidate

Has anyone combined seroquel and methylphenidate? I am going to be seeing a new psychiatrist and am wondering about revisiting the bipolar + ADHD route.
I think I probably am bipolar, but I have a hard time admitting it because I go through periods where I am completely normal and the idea of bipolar sounds absurd. For me, the hardest part in life is staying grounded. I am always flying off to distance ideas, worlds, fears, etc.
I hate not knowing what I will feel like from one day to the next.
Lithium is ok, but it doesn't keep me grounded enough.
