i think desipramine is the cleanest, though any noradrenergic agent can cause them (and since alpha2 are relevant, any NA drug that helps with the psychiatric features might cause this). there are muscarinic drugs used for sjorgen's that might help too (and an rx for wriglys). M3 agonists particularly, muscarinic system i think has a stronger influence than the sympathetic system on volume. so i think desipramine would be best to try, and if dry mouth develops, consider a muscacrinic drug.i think Cevimeline is approved for dry mouth but there are others.
