Wow-your anxiety must be bad! I remember Lexapro and Klonopin were one of the first combos they gave me-I was so sedated, I could have slept 22 hrs a day...couldn't stick it out for even 3 weeks..

If you don't want to go the TCA route, Effexor's often a catch all, though that's not one I want to take again. It was the first thing I could tolerate to pull me out of depression and anxiety years ago, though I had to add Wellbutrin to it. Id take Effexor again though before I'd take any of the anticonvulsants, neuros, or antipsychs. Since you're in school, either Effexor or Pristiq might be a better option, cause they normally don't mess with your memory.

That's a tough one to figure out. Good luck, hope you find something soon. Too bad that melatonin AD, Agomelatine? isn't approved yet in the US; that would be a good one to try...
