Parnate imbalance and hearing loss

I'm on 60mg Parnate each day. I find that after an extended period of sitting or lying down, upon standing I experience slight imbalance and partial hearing loss that dissipates after about 2 minutes.

I really don't think these are serious SEs, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced them and, if so, what they did about it.
