Okay, I've been taking clonazepam for 22 years, 0.5mg tid. I tried zanax and ativan but found clonazepam smoother, meaning my anxiety was held at bay and I felt more stable-- less up and down so to speak.
I find it also helps alleviate start up anxiety when beginning a new med. And, especially when stopping a med such as, ahem, Nardil :-)

I still enjoy an active lifestyle with zero side-effect from the clonazepam so it can't be that toxic!!

Take care, Rick
