I usually get this when I'm on a serotonergic med Amelia.
I really don't think it's any kind of dyskinesia - it's more of a tic or myoclonic jerk.
I believe over-stimulation of one of the serotonin receptors can cause this kind of thing, as opposed to dyskinesias which are connected to dopamine receptors.
