Is there something you can add to reduce anxiety and the muscular symptoms? I'm thinking Klonopin or Xanax PRN. Or perhaps, even though SSRIs don't work for you alone, maybe an SSRI plus Wellbutrin combo might work out for you. Which SSRIs have you tried? Paxil is supposed to be more sedating and have fewer anxiety/panic side effects than a med like Zoloft.
