Wow..I can't remember the last time I slept right through the night..most nights I feel like I'm in some kind of twilight sleep mode, not quite asleep but not quite awake either.
I think I started at 3.75 and went up gradually (cutting 15 mg pills into fourths). Even that tiny bit put me right to sleep. After I went off Remeron, I was seeing my parents and had forgotten my sleep meds. My dad's on Remeron, and gave me one. I shaved off the tiniest bit (couldn't have been more than 1-2 mg) and slept for twelve hours and had to be dragged out of bed.
