And between Invega and flupentixol, if you truly have a strong certified AIMS and neurologically tested tardive syndrome, you are not going to want to mess with old generation antipsychotics. Its fairly strong with regards to EPS.I just don't see that you've been on this Invega combination long enough that treatment emergent side effects like you mention may actually go away. But, ultimately I guess its your choice.
I don't want to sound overbearing or mean, but antipsychotics aren't the drug of the week merryground, they just aren't.
They take time, dropping them suddenly can produce equally bad effets, and you'll never know what one can do if you don't go beyond at least some side effects that can be stood.
Maybe you're prone to side effects from APs, so am I. But I know I'm not you -- yet, I feel some things that are not fatal or significantly decrease functionality, should be taken in stride for a period of time.
