BTW, I would consider not even starting the bupe at all. If it's true that your med is coming from overseas, then customs might stop the next shipment. That could be problematic for you if your body has already gotten used to the med. It's true that bupe can be tapered off of, but it could take weeks depending on dosage and your own body chemistry.
The best idea for your situation is not to take the med. Sorry for the conflicting advice, but I didn't properly think through your entire post.
