Zoloft did nothing for my depression nor panic anxiety. When I started Edronax I almost immediately felt a relief in panic anxiety and the panic attacks stopped.
> Since my depression is not getting better but slightly worse, I'm thinking of what to do next. I prepared to ditch Zoloft since hasn't shown any good effects, but what should replace it with? I'm running out of ideas. I'm having a hard time believing that replacing Zoloft with another SSRI like Lexapro would be beneficial but who knows. Please give me ideas.

I have a bipolar depression that has shown itself to be very difficult to treat. However, some drugs and drug combinations have had positive impacts. For what it's worth, I experienced a pretty stable mild improvement from combining Effexor with nortriptyline. That a treatment is capable of improving my condition at all is probably a good sign that it will be effective for others. Yes, I think you can go ahead and try to swap-out the Zoloft for another SRI. I recommend either Effexor or Lexapro. Don't be bashful about adding Wellbutrin to either of these two drugs. There's magic in them there pills.
