Problem with Nardil is that I went off it recently to try Remeron (stupid, I know), and after I was totally off of it, I cried 2-3 times a day for a week, then after that, I became suicidal and almost committed myself. I didn't realize I had become so sick without meds. Nardil is a life-saver for me, literally. Needless to say, I skipped the Remeron trial and went right back onto Nardil.
It get's me non-suicidal, but I still get depressed on it, like I am now.
Current topic of depression: lack of friends.
When working, I was surrounded by "fake" friends, which was fine, they acted real enough.
When the company let me go due to my disorder, all the fake friends went bye-bye too, no matter how hard I tried to keep them.
This has been a sore area with me for years. The company used to have parties, etc, and employees used to have cookouts/parties and so forth. Now I'm not invited to any of their reindeer games. It hurts a lot. You can't do that to a depressed guy. It just makes them worse. Not a single email "Hey, are you feeling better", "How are the new meds treating you", NOTHING.rant
