Hi Courtney,
Phillipa is right. The most dangerous emergency pain killer in combo with Nardil is meperidine(Demerol-brand name-US). Some other narcotic pain killers are fine with MAOIs. I have had no problem with straight codeine. It is when they start adding things like pseudoephedrine that codeine becomes a problem. In general, if a pain reliever affects serotonin like meperidine, it will be a problem with MAOIs.

As for your bracelet, I would suggest something like: "TAKING MAOI - NARDIL - NO MEPERIDINE"
