Hey, UnCouth, I hope you're holding on.
I don't know if this will work for you, but sometimes it's gotten me by. If you can't live for yourself now, maybe you can live for others. That might sound trite, but it is like temporarily closing the valve on your needs, like pruning off a big part of oneself so it can grow strong & new in time. I think of it as kind of giving ones life over as an instrument for good, a priest-like role by default of depression.
I'm thinking of things like volunteering at a soup kitchen or homeless advocacy or sometimes I bring homeless people water & fruit when I can afford it. So many homeless people are also struggling w/ their minds.
Or animals? literacy? elders? urban garden projects? Okay, I might be way off on what you need ...probably support is better than suggestions.
