alcar is involved in transporting fatty acids into mitochondira for metabolism. some evidence for increaseing energy levels, adhd, preventing depressive relapse (although, not much evidence). also something about stimulating acetylcholine and phospholipid synthesis, and anti-aging (which is related to the mitochondrial enhacment). i think it seems noticable when i pulled an allnighter to make me feel less weird, and i rarely notice sup or drug effects. its cheap and doesn't taste foul so i use it, 1/2 tsp a day
PS reduces cortisol and enhances memory, i think. i don't use, cortisol=awesome.
i take 2g of EPA+DHA
