The first thing you should ask yourself is if you're feeling comfortable with this reaction of the drug. If you're not, this might be some hypomania.
About a year ago I tried to take Remeron without a mood stabilizer and it made me so irritable that I had to stop.
Now I only take Neurontin for my Social Phobia.
