This strategy might be no better than the others, but it is something often used by some psychiatrists to produce a more robust antidepressant effect. However, the Wellbutrin + Zoloft (Welloft) combination is also popular. If the fatigue doesn't dissipate, you can try switching to Effexor.

yes, the NRI might improve the response for OCD too (i posted stuff on this a few months ago if anyone has curiosity)
