Cymbalta for anxiety / panic disorder?

Has anyone had any success with Cymbalta for fairly severe anxiety disorders such as generalised anxiety disorder; panic disorder; social phobia??

If so, how does it compete with other anxiolytic antidepressants such as Effexor, Seroxat (paroxetine), or Cipralex (escitalopram)? Is Cymbalta anymore effective than these for severe anxiety disorders??
