I'm on 80mg parnate/day, so I understand your problem.
Go to the store (Walmart/wholefoods) and pick up some ground flax seeds.
Every morning put 2 tablespoons on your cereal/oatmeal/yogurt/whatever.
I also eat plenty of fruit throuout the day, and take a high quality fish oil evryday as well.By doing this I usually have 1-2 bowel movements/day. And as an added bonus, I've lost 10 pounds without really trying.
Afternoon fatigue is very bad at first. It never fully goes away with me, but it does get much more tolerable with time.
Exersize 3x week also has helped with the fatigue.Hope this helps,
