> isn't cyproheptadine a serotonin antagonist? wouldn't it be working against the lexapro?there are many serotonin receptors, in various locations. the increased serotonin from an sri hits all of them, but only some contribute to the therapeutic effects. some contribute so side effects. in this case, it will 'work against' the negative effects on sleep quality.
