It depends on how you frame your questions, the type of answers you'll receive. I've talked to professional nutritionists, and I came away scared. Not that my sample of that group was extensive, but I didn't find one of them who even accepted that there was anything to debate. I heard dogma, not evidence.
I don't presume that anybody reading what I had to say would be left without questions or concerns of their own, so I do welcome further discussion.
