I almost fainted once, so i've lowered the dose from 150mg to 100. An yeah my BP is high but if i take my BP medication which is a beta blocker it makes the hypotension worse.
Also it's not just when standing like in the usual orthostatic hypotension, the BP drop and pulse rise stay like it for as long as i'm up.

So i'm hoping the high BP/low pule and high BP low pulse sort of offset each other so the strain isn't greater on my heart in either situation.
