Naltrexone is a med that blocks the effect of alcohol. It is used to treat alcoholism a lot. There was a guy here many years ago that claimed remission on it. Many others tried it, but no one else was able to get help with it.
The chances of it working as an AD or similar are probably vanishingly small.
