Any problems with Generic Lamictal?

Hello,

I've been taking Lamictal for about two years now. I was taking the brand up until last summer/fall when the generic became available.

Last night at a NAMI group a lady mentioned a doctor who claimed to have up to 15 patients who experienced mood swings after switching from Brand to Generic.

So I'm just curious if anyone here noticed any differences?

Personally I haven't noticed anything day to day but I did have a bad two weeks where I went completely manic and had to be hospitalized. Never put two and two together but now I'm beginning to wonder if that had something to do with my instability....

I'd love to hear input from anyone who made the switch from Brand to Generic Lamictal.
