I got off of it and it was bad. But I did it without the aid of other stuff. So you might ask your pdoc for prozac to help. I think prozac is one a lot of people use and it is not that hard to get off.
If you don't use another drug like that, just supplements like Omega 3, magnesium, and benedryl to help with the withdrawals.
Now I did not take my wellbutrin for a few days and I did not have any withdrawals. But I did with cymbalta and lexapro.
Omega 3 does help with depression, and a few others I have recently been reading in my research.
If you are taking it for that. If you want I will look up the specifics. I have researched so much my head is swimming with facts, supplements and which does what.
go slowly with the withdrawal though is my advice.
the best rule is decrease by 10% only. Leave it there for several days until you see how your system reacts. If all ok, another 10% reduction. And so on.good luck.
