High dosages (800mg and higher) are often more successful than low dosages at treating both psychosis and depression. A friend of mine who suffers from psychotic bipolar depression cannot remain symptom-free at any dosage of Seroquel under 800mg. She hardly knows she is taking it. No side effects for her. She wakes up at 5:00am bright and energetic and ready to go.

I wish for you the same success as my friend received.
